Job description:
Lead and ensure execution of reliability excellence/maintenance programs.
Create and maintain reliability maintenance strategy documents.
Implement Lean manufacturing tools to empower employees and facilitate growth to ensure improvement of the financial performance, in collaboration with Maintenance Planners/Supervisors.
Rank the criticality of the assets and define proactive maintenance approaches that are cost-beneficial to the business.
Perform/support operational event and equipment failure investigations to determine effectiveness and to ensure that the root cause/causal factors are identified, corrective actions are prescribed, and follow-up monitoring is conducted.
Participate in the planning, design review, value management and construction document development of new facilities and renovations.
Support utility distribution, master planning, and business continuity planning.
Perform life-cycle financial modelling of developed technical solutions. Construct detailed technical proposals and draft bid documents.
Support commissioning activities for all upgrade, renovation, and construction projects which may include, but is not limited to, PM job plans, reviews for maintainability, critical spares, documentation, etc.
Lead in maintenance improvement tools (PM Optimization, RCM, RCA, RCFA, FMEA, etc.) and knowledgeable in predictive maintenance tools (Vibration, Ultrasound, Thermography)
Maintain equipment repair history and evaluate repair costs & trends.
Analyse equipment failure data patterns and interpret ERP PM maintenance data to generate priorities and action lists for improving reliability of site.
By working closely with the Maintenance Planners, use intervals for potential failures to appropriately prioritize, plan, and schedule to minimize downtime.
Advise and support the Maintenance Supervisors/Managers.
Coordinate the design, planning, procurement, execution and closure/handover of a CAPEX project.
Prepare, monitor and update cost and time estimation for projects.
Coordinate project activities and delegate tasks to dedicated functions (e.g. procurement, HS,Sustainability)
Be accountable for project risk management to ensure that project risks are identified,assessed, prioritized and mitigated.
Provide monthly project status reports using endorsed tools and templates to alert.

Your Opportunity
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading the procurement activities in the Nordic Countries. You will research the market to identify potential suppliers, run sourcing activities to deliver cost savings and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
In the role as a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for the following but limited to:
· Strategic sourcing activities for the Nordics

What We’re Looking For

· 3-5 years’ experience as a buyer/senior buyer or similar role in a multi-site organization

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

About you:
For this role we are looking for an analytical and process-oriented candidate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance with minimum five years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and auditing guidelines, IT with relevant tools, as well as local legislation and HR practices. Fluency in English and Swedish are a must.

Role Purpose:
Design high-level solutions and provide expert advice and counsel to business management and IT project teams for complex systems and solutions to support project teams and develop business programs.
Principal work of unit is application development and maintenance for varied complex types of application systems.

Responsibilities:
Provide analytical expertise to advise business management and IT project teams about systems of the most complex nature.
Design high-level solutions that translate knowledge into business processes, supporting services, applications, infrastructure and information repositories.
Submit the high-level solutions to sponsors, process owners and other stakeholders for approval.
Launch and execute business-oriented programs.
Plan, resource and commission the necessary projects to achieve the program results.
Establish agreed-on stages of the development process.
Evaluate the program at the end of each stage with the stakeholders.
Undertake benefits realization processes throughout the program.
Review all RFI's and RFP's and check if they are in accordance with the approved evaluation process and criteria to select suppliers that best fit the RFP.


About you:
Master's degree in IT or equivalent by experience.
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Configuration knowledge of SAP S4 HANA FI (GL/New GL/AR/AP), SAP CO, Tax and Legal reporting, Asset accounting, Profit Center; Intercompany, Project systems cost controlling, Financial close, Revenue Recognition.
Designing and configuring of SAP FICO solutions and integration aspects.
English and local language of the country of base and main operations – proficient verbal & writing.

Role Purpose: As member of the Country Servicing Business Services Team, this role is responsible for recording accounting information, enter transactions, consolidate and verify accounting records to assess accuracy and compliance and be a key player in the monthly and yearly financial reporting. It is the lead accounting role within a country servicing team.
Responsibilities:
· Verify accounting records to assess accuracy and compliance
· Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
· Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
· Direct and coordinate the preparation of financial reporting according to IFRS, Sibelco Group reporting and statutory requirements

Role Purpose:This role is responsible for the financial controlling activities, working closely with the Manager Business Services to provide him/her all relevant insights and documents the Manager needs to support in collaboratively partnering with the Director Operations Cluster and Director Commercial Cluster in driving the cluster performance.
As Finance expert within the BST, this role is involved into the different cluster performance topics such as building the cluster budget, product costing, defining CAPEX envelop and monitoring & reporting on investments. Role Purpose:
As member of the Country Servicing Business Services Team, this role is responsible for the management of all payroll-related functions to ensure proper set-up, processing, and generation of the payroll for all company entities within the country.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
· Responsible for calculating the effect of changes in the employee population or changes in laws and by-laws.
· Established expertise in the field and provides counsel and advisory to management
· Small amount of time dedicated to ARAP


Payroll Calculation:
· Ensures the computing, withholding, and calculating of deductions associated with net pay is done properly, including federal and state withholding and unemployment insurances, as well as direct deposit information.
· Ensures calculations of gross to net payments of expenses related to relocation and expatriation


Reporting and Communication:
· Responsible for entering and maintaining all payroll journal entries to the general ledger and reconciliation of the payroll bank account.
· Creates analytical reports for corporate, sub-regional and cluster management.
· Communicates with employees with regards to individual salary and deduction considerations.


HRIS:
· Provides input from a technical point of view on selection of payroll software.
· Ensure proper use of country payroll system in view of integration and/or consolidation of payroll data at group level




About you:
For this role we are looking for an analytical and process-oriented candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance with minimum five years of relevant professional experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and auditing guidelines, IT with relevant tools, as well as local legislation and HR practices. Fluency in English and Swedish are a must.
In your daily job you will interact with your colleagues in the Business Services Team as well as external HR payroll suppliers and local authorities.
On the interpersonal side we are looking for a diplomatic, open-minded and proactive individual with strong communication skills, who is as happy in a team as working independently.

Role Purpose and Areas of Responsibility:
The Manager Business Services is an advisor to the business within the cluster and supports the Director Commercial and Director Operations of the clusters in making decisions by providing them actionable insights.
Different functional domain areas supported by the Manager Business Services include financial analysis, human resources for the cluster staff and transactional procurement.
